Someone needs a clean, a repair, a move, snow clearing — they post it, or we spot the post and offer to help. Connecting a homeowner is always free.
Local pros quote it
We ask local pros in that trade and area for a real price and a real time window. No obligation, no pressure — a number the homeowner can say yes or no to.
We connect you directly
Once both sides agree on price and timing, we introduce you in the same conversation. From there you deal with each other directly — scheduling, access, payment, everything.
What it costs
This is the part people ask about first, so here it is in plain terms.
You never pay Tukk Reviews anything. You pay your pro directly, for the work, after you've agreed the price with them.
Your first introduction through us is free. We'd rather prove the service works than charge you for a promise.
From your second connection on, it's a flat $20 per introduction, paid before contact details are exchanged. That's the only money that ever passes through us — job payments always go straight from the homeowner to you.
No percentages. No subscriptions. No lead auctions. If a job falls through through no fault of yours, the $20 becomes a credit toward your next connection, or a refund on request.
How we work, so you can check us
- Everything in writing. We coordinate by message and email — we don't do coordination by phone. Written quotes and written agreements protect both sides.
- Real prices before anyone commits. A pro's quote goes to the homeowner exactly as given. The homeowner decides.
- Details stay private until both sides say yes. No address or phone number is shared before a price and a time are agreed.
- We publish real price data. Quotes we process feed the public Canada Home Cost Index — anonymized, with sample sizes shown.

- Cleaning — 80 requests. Deep cleans, move-out cleans, recurring weekly and bi-weekly cleans. The single biggest ask, everywhere we look.
- Handyman — 35 requests. Installs, repairs and the small jobs contractors won't return calls for.
- Snow removal — 10 requests. Seasonal contracts, per-visit clearing, and vacation coverage — and it's only early November.
- Plumbing — 8 requests. Leaks, fixtures and rough-ins.
- Moving help — 6 requests. Extra hands and small moves.
- Also in the mix: renovations, framing, roofing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair and general labour.
What the numbers say
- Cleaning is a third of all demand. If you run a cleaning business, this is where the work is — recurring clients especially.
- Snow is the seasonal surge. Requests are stacking up ahead of the season; operators who quote per-visit as well as monthly get put in front of homeowners first.
- Small jobs are the handyman gap. Installs and repairs too small for big contractors are exactly what homeowners bring to us.
- Recurring work exists. Homeowners ask for the same cleaner every week — our newest match is a twice-weekly recurring clean that starts this Monday.
